Last month the reality star, 42, shocked social media with a baby-reveal post on Instagram.

In the photo, Hilton's perfectly manicured fingers are wrapped around her newborn's tiny little hand.

"You are already loved beyond words," she wrote in her caption.

Since giving birth, Hilton has opened up about a period in her dating life where she felt she was asexual.

In an interview with Harper's Bazaar, she claims that in her early 20s she was 'terrified' of sex.

She said: "I was known as a sex symbol, but anything sexual terrified me.

"I called myself the ‘kissing bandit’ because I only liked to make out. A lot of my relationships didn’t work out because of that."

However, Hilton assured that she didn't have any problems with her husband, adding: "It wasn’t until Carter that I finally am not that way.

"I enjoy hooking up with my husband.

"I just feel like after all the hell I’ve been through, I’m finally getting what I deserve, which is someone I can trust and someone to build a real life with."

Enjoying the latest version of herself, Hilton said: "It’s a good feeling to be real.

"To not feel like some cartoon character all the time. It’s a really good feeling."

Speaking about her husband, the reality star admitted he's 'the opposite' of what she would usually go for.

"He’s not famous. He’s smart. He comes from a nice family. He’s a good person," she said.

"It was the opposite of what I had been used to when I was looking for guys."

The couple embarked on an IVF journey at the 'height of the Covid-19 pandemic', according to WHO Magazine.

"We started going and doing it like a few months in because the world was shut down," Hilton told People.

"We knew we wanted to start a family, and I was like, 'This is perfect timing. Usually, I'm on a plane 250 days out of the year, and let's just get all of the eggs stocked and ready,' and we have tons of them just waiting."

"It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other.

"We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."
