A lip reader has detailed an alleged 'tense' exchange between Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner at the Golden Globes.
Chalamet and Jenner's relationship is perhaps one of the most talked about in Hollywood, with the pair being seen at both the Critics Choice Awards and Sunday's (January 11) Golden Globes in the past week.
The Wonka actor picked up the award for Lead Actor in a Comedy or Musical category at the Golden Globes for his starring role in the brilliant Marty Supreme.
"My dad instilled in me a spirit of gratitude growing up," Chalamet said on stage while accepting the award. "Always be grateful for what you have.

"It has allowed me to leave this ceremony in the past empty handed, my head held high, grateful just to be here but I would be lying if I didn’t say those moments didn’t make this one that much sweeter."

The actor also gave a special shout out to his other half, as he added: "For my parents, for my partner, I love you, thank you so much."
While last night was an evening of celebration, an off-camera interaction between the pair has lead to a lip reader detailing what the heck went on.
Nicola Hickling told the Daily Mail that at the beginning of the alleged argument, Chalamet could be seen leaning in to his other half and telling her: "You must hate me."
While Jenner may be smiling, she replied with a 'yes', before Chalamet asked her if she was 'worried'.
Jenner is then alleged to have said: "It was a bold yes," according to Hickling, which is when the 28-year-old's beaming face began to fade.
"You look bothered," Chalamet is then said to have quipped.
The alleged argument concluded with Jenner telling her partner: "Not here. You're annoying."
UNILAD has reached out to Chalamet and Jenner's representatives for comment.
Earlier this month, Chalamet won Best Actor at the Critics Choice Awards, and spoke highly of the Kylie Cosmetics founder during his acceptance speech.
He said: "Thank you to my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation. I love you. I couldn't do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
Chalamet and Jenner have become somewhat of a celebrity power couple in recent months, though there have been a few awkward moments between the pair. One of them happened at the 2025 BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament last March when Jenner leant in for a kiss while the Wonka actor focused on the tennis.
