Jordon Hudson's jaw nearly hit the floor when Snoop Dogg made a joke about her and her age-gap romance with Bill Belichick.

Belichick and Hudson shocked the NFL community last year after debuting their romance at a gala for the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.

Belichick, a former NFL coach, is 72, and is believed to have started dating Hudson (who is 48 years his junior) in early 2023, says PEOPLE.

Apparently, the pair met back in 2021, when they were seated next to one another on a flight from the Boston area to Florida.

With their large age gap in mind, people have had things to say – and Snoop Dogg made a joke about the couple at last night's NFL Honors (February 6).

The rapper said in his opening monologue: "I've been a football fan for a long, long time.

"I remember back when the Cowboys was good, I remember back when the Chiefs was bad."

Snoop, whose real name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., went on to quip: "And I remember [when] Bill Belichick's girlfriend wasn't even born yet."

The camera then panned to show the couple's reaction. Hudson looked genuinely shocked but went on to laugh at the lighthearted swipe, while Belichick also seemed to find it amusing.

People online have reacted to Snoop's jibe as well.

"Appropriate roast," one person said, as another added: "I love Bill Belichick but that's hilarious! Wtg Snoop!"

A different person hailed the joke as 'classic Snoop'.

However, other Twitter users took the time to note the recent controversy Snoop has faced after he performed at President Trump's Crypto Ball last month.

Snoop has previously spoken out against Trump, but seems to have changed his tune about the Republican since he turned to office for a second time.

With his previous remarks about the businessman-turned-politician in mind, many had questions about why Snoop chose to perform at a Trump-hosted event, and suggested he was a 'sell-out'.

Eventually, the rapper was forced to address the backlash.

"For all the hate I’m going to answer with love, I love too much," he said in an Instagram video.

"Get your life right, stop worrying about mine. I’m cool. I’m together. Still a Black man. Still 100 percent Black. All out ’til you ball out or ’til you fall out."

Snoop added: "You can be up one minute and they’ll try to pull you down the next."
