Garrison has appeared on the reality show since it first aired in 2010, aged just 12 years old. The series follows his dad Kody's polygamous lifestyle and family, with Janelle being one of his wives before they separated and subsequently got divorced over the last couple of years.
Garrison was one of six children, the others being Madison, Logan, Gabriel, Hunter and Savanah. Kody and Janelle had initially 'spiritually married' in 1993.
Garrison's relationship with his father sadly became strained in recent years, with Kody admitting in a May 2023 episode that a rift had formed between them: "I haven't been in touch with Gabriel and Garrison for quite a while," he shared at the time.

"Right now, there's not really an open door with Gabe and Garrison. They're they're not willing to engage me."
The 25-year-old enlisted in the Nevada Army National Guard in 2015 after initially wanting to join the Army, settling for the national guard as a compromise with his parents. He graduated from basic training in 2016.
