Simone Biles admits she's had 'three plastic surgeries' and asks fans to guess where

Simone Biles has confirmed she’s undergone three cosmetic surgery procedures, claiming fans would ‘never be able to tell’ before getting them to guess.

Widely regarded as one of the greatest gymnasts in history, the 28-year-old is an 11-time Olympic medalist, and is the World Championship’s most decorated - male or female - artistic gymnast of all time with 30 total gongs.

Outside of her glittering career, Biles boasts a combined 17.6 million social media followers, is the wife of the Chicago Bears’ Jonathan Owens, and an ambassador for Friends of the Children, a non-profit connecting children in foster care with long-term professional mentors.

But there is much more to the sportswoman than meets the eye, as she revealed in a recent ‘Get Unready With Me’ TikTok video.

In the candid clip, posted to the platform on October 29, Biles said to fans that she’d had a total of three plastic surgery procedures.

“Two of them you would never be able to tell,” she claimed.

Fans were quick to pour their answers into the comments section, with some speculating she'd had a boob job, while others admitted they had no clue.

Soon after posting, the Olympian shed more light on procedures she's had done.

She admitted she’d had a lower blepharoplasty, an earlobe repair, and hinted she had a breast augmentation.

A surgeon conducting a lower blepharoplasty will make an incision just below your lower eyelash line and remove excess skin in the lower eyelid.

She claimed she’d had the surgery because she had the ‘worst eye bags’.

Biles also explained in the video that she’d had surgery on her earlobe due to an earring mishap when she was younger.

Rumors regarding Biles’ boob job first started to circulate last month when the star posted a video on a trampoline with overlay text reading: “First flip – in a year – at the new house – with new [cherries emoji]”.

Biles has been vocal in the past about fighting back against beauty standards, admitting she doesn’t wear make-up or do her hair while training.

“Outside of the gym, I love to dress up, do my hair and my make-up – but make-up is more of a show-up-and-show-out, whenever I need to, thing. That's usually not the focus until competition time and for events,” she said in a Harper's Bazaar interview.

She also confessed her relationship with beauty has ‘changed over time’.

“Now, I would still say my personal preference is always having a clean face and just being confident in who I am,” she explained last September.

“I'll have semi-permanent lashes the majority of the time, even if I don't have make-up on, but I think that it’s really special to fall in love with what your natural face looks like.”
