Viewers shocked at ‘creepy’ video of Shaq describing Angel Reese’s ‘little shorts’ as she attempts to change the subject
Shaquille O'Neal and Angel Reese talked about her career on her podcast show
Shaquille O'Neal, aka Shaq, has been slammed online for his comments about Angel Reese’s 'little shorts’.
The former NBA legend appeared on the current WNBA star’s podcast this week and things got a little awkward from the offset.
The pair - who have previously spoken about how they view each other as family, with Shaq sharing that she’s like one of his ‘babies’ -talked about careers and life during the episode.
However, it was one moment which left viewers cringing over how Shaq talking about Reese’s body.

Reese and O’Neal were stars at LSU three decades apart, but despite their age gap, the pair share an awesome bond, but fans have told Shaq to take a chill pill over repeatedly making comments about her body when she appeared on Nick Cannon’s Wild ‘n Out show.
The basketball player made a viral appearance on the game show in Chicago on October 10 and was seen wearing a little playsuit number which was ‘short’.
During their conversation, Shaq said in reference to her making more money: “Bro, imagine you-”
Reese then interjected immediately with an, ‘I’m not imagining’, before Shaq told her ‘let me finish’.
He continued as she repeatedly tried to move away from the topic: “Imagine you had on the same little shorts you had on at Wild n’ Out show dunking. How many t-shirt you gon’ sell?”
When Reese kept on repeating, ‘oh my god’, he then attempted to repeat it again, when she jumped in and continued saying ‘alright’ over and over until he stopped talking.
Viewers who watched the clip were quite uncomfortable with the exchange, with one person telling the legend to take a ‘horny-be-gone” pill in the form of a meme on Twitter.
One person wrote: “Shaq is 52 years old and has gotten a free pass for being creepy because he’s an nba legend . Angel Reese looks at Shaq like a father figure mentor type and he’s taking about her in booty shorts lmao.”
Another said: “Home girl is visibly uncomfortable.”
One user referenced Reese’s long-time nemesis Caitlin Clark, by sharing that she ‘would never’.
Speaking of Clark, Shaq also found himself in hot water after expressing his love for Clark on the very same episode.
He first said he was a 'hater' because of his 'love' for Reese, but now he can’t get enough of her.
O'Neal compared her to NBA Hall of Famer Steph Curry, with Reese adding that the best thing you can say about Clark is that she can shoot 3-pointers from the logo.
Shaq replied: “We've never seen that before. That's my point. Steph Curry, a little kid like Steph Curry, you know why I love Steph Curry? Because I've never seen that before. I've never seen that before. I've seen it a little bit, but I've never seen a guy consistently come down.
“If you saw Steph on the street, he ain't got the Lebron muscles. He looks like a perfect, normal office guy. He's doing stuff that people never seen before. She's doing stuff we've never seen before. Never seen nobody do that on a consistent basis.”
