Paris Hilton has clapped back at trolls who poked fun at her baby's head.

The former reality TV star shared a picture of her and her infant to her 25 million followers.

The 42-year-old captioned the photo: “My precious angel baby Phoenix's first time in NYC.”

However, the picture attracted some cruel comments from users, as one person wrote: “He is already further AHEAD in life than most.”

Another said: “Funny looking kid.”

A third commented: “Man got a lot of thoughts up there.”

While another said: "There was no doctor who could perform the delivery, it must have been done by a magician."

Many users also compared Phoenix to the Family Guy character Stewie, while others voiced concern about the infant’s health.

“Does he have encephalitis? Like what is actually going on I’m not trying to be rude, that doesn’t seem normal,” one commented.

Hilton herself has now weighed in, replying to a TikTok condemning the negative comments about her son.

"Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else's for that matter, is unacceptable," she wrote on Instagram.

"This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe. I've worked hard to cultivate an environment that is all about love, respect, and acceptance, and I expect the same in return.

"If I don't post my baby, people assume I'm not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful. I'm a proud working mom and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable and angelic. I've dreamt of

being a mom for as long as I can remember.

"Phoenix is my world and has been the biggest blessing of my life.

"Every day with him is a reminder of what truly matters. It's hard to fathom that there are people in the world who would target such innocence.

The Simple Life star and her husband, Carter Reum, quietly welcomed her son via surrogacy in January.

She posted a blue heart emoji alongside a caption that read: "You are already loved beyond words."

The savvy businesswoman recently sat down with PEOPLE to discuss motherhood.

While Hilton has always had a thriving career and loves to jet-set around the world, she is now slowing down to care for her bubba.

"I always make Phoenix my first priority, and I've learned how to say no,” she told the publication.

"I'm constantly saying no to things, because I just want to spend as much time with him as possible, and I just don't want to miss any of these special moments in his life and all these milestones," she continued.

"He's my everything, so I always put him first," Hilton added of her son.
