Logan Paul's fiancée Nina Agdal sues Dillon Danis and files a restraining order against him

Nina Agdal is hitting back against Dillon Danis after his social media tirade about her.

Ever since Danis' fight with Logan Paul was announced, the former has been posting a lot about his opponent's fiancée.

But she's drawing a line in the sand and demanding he stop.

According to TMZ, she has filed a restraining order against Danis and said his 'relentless' attacks on her have caused her humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm.

The outlet claims she's seeking 'unspecified damages' in the lawsuit and wants at least $150,000 for every violation of federal law that prohibits the sharing of intimate images.

In her legal claim against American MMA star, she alleges Danis allegedly violated federal and state law when he shared an intimate photo of her on social media.

"Danis posted the photograph -- entirely uncensored -- from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff's consent," she said in the lawsuit.

"Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive."

She's also accused him of illegally digging into her archives to post other compromising material.

TMZ says Agdal is 'suggesting Danis had hacked [her] personal account or had obtained the private video from someone who had done so'.

Danis has responded, saying: "Nina Adgel has filed a massive lawsuit against me. She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail.

"This is actually wild but I won’t stop f**k the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking."

Agdal is begging a judge prevent Danis from posting sexually explicit images of her in the future.
