Lindsay Lohan has given birth to her first child and has shared the adorable name for the baby.

The actor announced back in March that she was pregnant and was overjoyed at the news alongside husband Bader Shammas.

Well, she's now officially a mom and the world couldn't be happier for her.

A representative for the couple told PEOPLE: "Lindsay Lohan and her Financier husband, Bader Shammas, welcomed a beautiful, healthy son named Luai.

"The family is over the moon in love."

The outlet says Luai is an Arabic name that means shield or protector.

The baby boy was born in Dubai however there has been no confirmation of when the birth actually happened.

Lohan's mom, Dina, revealed earlier this year that Lindsay and Bader had been trying for a baby and the timing was absolutely perfect.

"She's been trying and then it happened, that little stick came up positive," she revealed to PEOPLE.

"It's the right time for her and Bader is an angel.

"Her husband is so sweet and they're just so happy. They're just really happy and ready."

Dina also explained how her daughter has been so excited about the new addition to her family.

"Lindsay has always loved kids because I love kids and my mother loves kids; I'm one of four," Dina said.

"We have a big family, so she's always wanted children.

"And she's so maternal. Isabelle, her niece, just runs to her when she sees her."

Lindsay said back in November last year that she and Bader plan to raise their child in Dubai.

“It’s so safe there, and the schools are great," she told Interview magazine.

"It’s so detached from everything that I’m used to...it’s nice to have a separate world that’s my own.”

Lindsay and Bader's little bundle of joy comes after the couple got engaged back in 2021.

They had been dating for three years and decided to tie the knot, which eventually happened eight months after their big announcement.

Lohan then posted a photo of a baby onesie that had 'coming soon' written across the chest to her social media earlier this year.

This sent shockwaves around the world as many fans were so happy for her.

She's been keeping her supporters updated about her pregnancy journey through photos and now the big moment has finally arrived.
