Here's the reason why Kanye West's wife, Bianca Censori, won't face any from of punishment for her NSFW Grammys outfit on Sunday evening.
West, who as we are all aware is never too far away from the headlines, stunned paparazzi on the Grammys red carpet.
The rapper - dressed in an all-black outfit paired with some sunglasses - was overshadowed by wife Censori, who slowly dropped her black fur coat to reveal a transparent mesh dress - with absolutely nothing on underneath.

Shortly after, it was reported that they had left the awards ceremony - with reports circulating on social media claiming the pair had been 'kicked out'.
Although it was later confirmed that the pair left on their own accord.
As you'd probably expect, those tuning into the Grammys on 2 February were stunned by the revealing outfit, and many took to social media to express their surprise.
One person penned on Twitter: "I'm not going to tweet the pictures of Kanye West's wife, Bianca Censori. Whatever the reason, whatever is going on, it is not right and is deeply disturbing. Is it not indecent exposure? Are there not laws against such things?"
"How is Bianca Censori not in prison after exposing herself in public the amount of times she has," another person wrote.
And a third penned: "Why the hell is Bianca Censori not in jail for indecent exposure. Children were present. California Penal Code § 314 PC @LAPDHQ."
While the outfit shocked millions, Censori will not face any punishment for the NSFW outfit, according to the New York Post.
The Recording Academy and AEG, who are responsible for putting the Grammys on annual telecast every year, say they have not received any complaints during or after the awards ceremony, according to a report by TMZ.
The outlet also reported no complaints were raised with the police, as they cited an LAPD spokesperson that said no one had contacted the force over grievances.
The California Penal Code 314 (1) defines indecent exposure as 'when a person exposes his or her naked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it'. So because no complaints of offence were made against Censori, no legal action against her will be taken.
This comes after a source close to West told The Sun that the rapper allegedly used the Grammys to celebrate 'art' through Censori.
"People have called this a stunt but to Ye this is his art," they said. "He turned up, made headlines around the world and left. No one told him what to do and even if they had, he wouldn't have listened.
"Ye always planned to do the red carpet and leave - he'd never sit through the Grammys because it's so dull and boring."
Sources described Censori as a 'muse' for West, adding: "There’s no coercion involved. This is what Ye does, he makes a statement and the whole world talks about it."
