Bieber fans have worried about the celeb for some time and their fears have grown with his latest selfie on Instagram.
Justin Bieber fans have questioned both the physical and mental health of the star in recent months.
Some have remarked that they believe the singer is struggling mentally for a myriad of reasons including his relationship with wife, Hailey Bieber.
Many fans have been dissecting both their social media pages and pointing at cryptic or concerning posts and comments.

The latest post from Bieber on Instagram was on Sunday and showed the celeb dripping in sweat with a towel over his head.
He shared multiple pictures, only one showing him smiling while in the pose and he captioned the image ‘Detoxxxxxxxxxxx’.
Some fans have praised the star for the image, while others admitted to still be fearful for his well-being.
One user commented: “Proud of you man, detox of any kind isn't easy. You got hailey and god to guide you through this time.”
Another said: “Forever the most precious to me please stay healthy and happy.”
With a third adding: “You got this we beleeb in you.”
However, those concerned with Bieber voiced themselves as one person commented: “I'm afraid that one day something happens to him and these are the signs he was giving, help.”
With another adding: “I see your pain.And more than that… I see your soul trying to scream in the silence.
“Trying to be heard beneath the masks, the roles, the responsibilities.”
It remains unclear in what context Bieber is in need of a detox, however, the star is unlikely to give fans a clear insight.
This comes months after a representative for the star dismissed the allegations of drug use following concerns about his appearance and behaviour.
This denial hasn’t stopped people from speculating Bieber’s behavior is putting a strain on his relationship with Hailey, however.
In another post last month, Bieber left people speculating that he and Hailey weren’t seeing eye to eye at the moment.
Sharing to his Instagram Stories videos that were originally from a content creator, people began to assume Hailey was giving him the silent treatment.
In one clip, the man says: “B—- if you giving me the silent treatment at least tell me why. I have anxiety and I have overthinking. Left and right, they go hand in hand. If you give me any room for error there will be error.”
