A supposed 'cocaine clause' could make Keith Urban a very, very wealthy man after divorcing Nicole Kidman.
The country singer and actress shot to Hollywood's 'it' couple status in the 2000s after the pair met in LA in 2005 and promptly tied the knot a year later.
In the past 20 years, the couple have welcomed two children together, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, and settled in Nashville.
However, reports their marriage were on the rocks surfaced earlier this year - and as of Tuesday (September 30), Kidman proved the rumors were true by officially filing for divorce in Tennessee court.

The 58-year-old, who was previously married to Tom Cruise until 2001, with whom she also shares two children, has citied irreconcilable differences for the reason for divorce according to documents seen by PEOPLE.
Now, it appears Urban may take more than $11 million due to a prenuptial clause.

While many details of their divorce have been kept under wraps, excluding Kidman's request to become the primary residential parent of their daughters, it's no secret the mom has accumulated significant wealth.

Her extensive filmography, as well as her production company, partnerships with AMC Theatres and CBD company SeraLabs, puts her in quite good stead for the rest of her life.
The former power couple also boast a ginormous portfolio of 11 properties, worth an estimated $282 million.
Yet, it remains unclear how Kidman's $250 million and Urban's $75 million net worth (via Celebrity Net Worth) will be split.
While the divorce settlement will presumably be hashed out in the fine print, the 57-year-old musician reportedly signed a prenuptial agreement with the Big Little Lies star prior to their summer 2006 wedding, which allegedly awards him an eye-watering $600,000 sum for every year of marriage - providing he's steered clear of illicit substances and booze.

The so-called 'cocaine clause' reportedly states Urban is only entitled to the hefty pot providing he kept clean of drugs and alcohol throughout the duration of their marriage.
Over the years, Urban has been candid about his past struggles with addiction before and in the early months of his marriage to Kidman.
Speaking to Oprah Winfrey in 2010, he revealed the Golden Globe winner had staged an intervention not long after tying the knot.

"She made a decision to turn around and initiate ultimately this intervention," he said. "It was done in such a way that the love in that room at that moment was just right. I was like, 'Put the cuffs on, let's go.''
Accompanying his then-wife at the AFI Life Achievement Award Gala, the 'Somebody Like You' hitmaker also confessed it was 'barely four months' into their marriage that 'the addictions that I had done nothing about' threatened their relationship, adding that it 'blew our marriage to smithereens.'

"Four months into a marriage, and I'm in rehab for three months with no idea what was going to happen to us," he continued at the gala last year. "Nic pushed through every negative voice – I'm sure even some of her own – and she chose love.

"And here we are tonight 18 years later. Her capacity to love is like no one I've ever met."
From that point, he said he managed to turn his life around and stick to sobriety, meaning if the clause is considered across 19 years of marriage, he could pocket $11 million over night.
