The feud at the heart of the Beckham family is apparently continuing to divide those celebrities close to them, with Gordon Ramsay's recent comments on the issue causing Brooklyn to give the world-famous chef a subtle rebuke.
Ramsay weighed in on the familial drama that boiled over into the public gaze last month, after Brooklyn finally took his concerns public in a lengthy tell-all post on social media, which saw him level a number of allegation against his parents of repeatedly slighting him and wife Nicola Peltz-Beckham.
But the Kitchen Nightmares host, who is a close friend of the family, sat down with the Sun to tell them that the drama has been 'very difficult' on the older Beckhams, leaving David and Victoria 'upset'.
The 26-year-old eldest son of soccer icon David Beckham and Spice Girl Victoria, the self-professed chef clearly took issue with Michelin-starred Ramsay weighing in on the family feud and did just about the only thing to reply that one can do from the other side of the Atlantic.

Rather than shoot back at the famously foul-mouthed Ramsay, Brooklyn chose the much more subtle option and unfollowed him on Instagram.
Clearly, the Hells Kitchen tormenter did not take much stock in Brooklyn's complaints that Victoria had thrown some 'inappropriate' dance moves at the wedding, where she also allegedly promised to make the wedding gown before backing out at short notice.
Brooklyn also alleged that, when he and Nicola came to the UK for his dad's 50th birthday, they had been 'rejected for a week' and had been unable to celebrate with David.
In his interview, the foul-mouthed close family friend shared that he had even 'messaged a bit' with Brooklyn amid the feud, telling the paper that his relationship with the eldest son was 'solid' and that he had an 'incredible' heart.
But he also appeared to lay the blame for the years of family drama squarely at the door of his marriage to Nicola.

Ramsay said: But it’s hard, isn’t it, when you’re infatuated? Love is blind. It’s easy to get up on that rollercoaster, and get carried away. But it will come back.
"I’ve seen first-hand just how good parents they are. David as a dad is just incredible. They’ve both put so much energy into their kids, and I know just how many times they’ve got Brooklyn out of the s***.
"I think it’s going to be a matter of time before Brooklyn takes a good look at himself and understands just what his parents mean to him. He’s desperate to forge his own way, and I respect that from him. It’s such a good thing to do. But remember where you came from. And honestly, one day you’re not going to have your mum and dad, and you need to understand that.
"That penny will drop."
He did say that it was good that Brooklyn had decided to stand on his own two feet, though he added thoughtfully: "But remember where you came from. And honestly, one day you’re not going to have your mum and dad, and you need to understand that.”
