Meet the podcaster you’ve likely never heard of, but who's about to blow up your TikTok.

Deadpan comedian Bobbi Althoff has seemingly taken over social media with her The Really Good Podcast, awkwardly interviewing the likes of Drake and Lil Yachty.

But who is Bobbie really and how did she amass millions of followers in a short time?

Who is Bobbi Althoff?

If you’ve never listened to The Really Good Podcast or heard of Althoff, think the American Amelia Dimoldenberg and you wouldn’t be far off.

She quickly gained a huge following on TikTok, with a clip of her interviewing Drake in bed getting a staggering 27 million views on the app.

The 25-year-old describes herself as a ‘social media star with over 80 followers’.

How did Bobbi Althoff start her podcast?

Prior to The Really Good Podcast, Althoff had a surprising start to her career as a mum influencer on TikTok.

According to Today, Althoff’s previous TikTok account focused on her life as a mum – steadily gaining followers with her monotoned family-themed videos.

She nicknamed her young daughters ‘Concrete’ and ‘Richard’ to protect their privacy, while also making light of her husband Cory’s proposal on the app. (As you do.)

More recently though, she’s pivoted away from parenting to focus on her podcast – which has just four episodes to date.

The podcaster started off as an influencer.

Who has Bobbi Althoff interviewed?

Across the short-lived series, Althoff has spoken to the likes of Drake, Lil Yachty, Funny Marco and Rick Glassman – pulling in millions of views with short clips on TikTok.

But it’s not all been plain sailing for the self-appointed ‘social media star.’

Her podcast had a controversial start with the first guest being disgraced YouTuber Colleen Ballinger, who appeared in the now-deleted first episode.

There has also been another controversy surrounding the increasingly popular The Really Good Podcast.

Althoff has interviewed some insane stars on her podcast.

Bobbi Althoff controversy

Althoff’s rapid success and the huge names she sourced have caused some to question whether she could have industry backing before she broke the internet – despite there being little evidence to suggest this.

On Twitter, some users have speculated about Althoff’s rapid rise to fame with one calling her a ‘podcast industry plant’.

Another argued: “…no literally, i been doin research and still can’t figure out why she a famous or able to get mfs like Yachty and Drake on a podcast.”

Despite the fan theories, the podcast has gone from strength to strength with the mum-of-two gaining a rapid following.

How many followers does Bobbi Althoff have?

Just on TikTok alone, the 25-year-old has clocked in a staggering 174 million likes, with roughly five million followers to date.

Her success seems to be following her on other platforms too, with Althoff having another million followers on Instagram and 329,000 on YouTube.

What is Bobbi Althoff's net worth?

Only time will tell though whether The Really Good Show will rival other huge podcasts like Call Her Daddy and S***ged Married Annoyed.

Althoff isn't doing badly for herself either way, and her net worth is estimated to be between $400,000 and $500,000.
