Beyonce storms off stage after sound cuts out mid-song

While she might be Queen B, even Beyonce isn’t exempt from technical difficulties.

In fact, she had a major issue when her backing track cut out mid-performance during her world tour.

Rather than stand and face the music, or lack of it, the A-Lister stormed off stage and went to investigate for herself.

The embarrassing moment happened during the US leg of her Renaissance world tour, at a concert in Arizona.

At the time, Beyonce had been singing her iconic song ‘Alien Superstar’ when an eerie silence fell over the Bey-hive.

The moment was even captured on camera by fans, as the Grammy Award winner performed alongside six dancers when the music suddenly stopped.

Despite this, some people thought the technical difficulty was intentional, and concertgoers finished the lyrics amid the overwhelming silence.

Even Beyonce was unaware of what was occurring, with the legendary star continuing with her performance before realising there was an issue.

With the music still malfunctioning, the Destiny’s Child bandmate ended up storming off stage to investigate.

Though she was able to continue her set later, the musical mishap has gone viral - with fans sharing videos on social media.

After a clip of the Arizona concert was uploaded to TikTok, fans made a 'beyline' for the comments as they were still in shock over what happened.

Having watched the diva walk off stage, one joked: “She was back there telling somebody off lol."

Others were more focused on Beyonce’s non-stop performance, with another adding: “The way she danced off.”

A third wrote: “Love how the dancers kept going.”

Whilst the rest of the concert hit the right note among the Bey-hive, there were several on-stage mishaps as the Renaissance tour made its way through Europe.

In fact, Beyonce had a major prop malfunction as she performed back in June, with her crew missing a cue during a live show in Amsterdam.

Belting out 'Summer Renaissance' from a huge silver horse prop, the singer was surrounded by dancers in matching chrome outfits when she seemed to react to something off stage.

Beyonce could even be seen shaking her head and rolling her eyes as the drama unfolded backstage.

She could also be seen mouthing ‘Oh My God’ as the blunder occurred, even moving away from her mic.

Though it’s unclear what happened, fans have been speculating about the incident since it went viral.

We hope that poor props person isn’t tagged in any videos, as none of us would want to relive being told off by Beyonce.
