Fans 'disgusted' after watching what Dua Lipa pours into her Diet Coke

Dua Lipa failed to convince some of her fans about her odd food choices when she explained what came up with it.

In a collaboration with British Vogue, singer Dua Lipa was asked about her odd food couplings.

Yeah... in case you had somehow missed it, the star has a rather out there way to make her Diet Coke drink even better. Well, she likes it at least, but not all of her fans are exactly convinced.

Last year in a TikTok video, she stunned people when she revealed she adds pickle juice to the drink. Yup, you read that right pickle juice, and some pickles to top it all off.

I really love pickles (cut me and I bleed pickles), but never have I thought what my lovely drink needs is some pickle juice.

But the food depravity doesn’t end there; the singer also adds jalapeño sauce. Then a couple of jalapeños.

The singer at least knows the concoction is a little weird and admitted so while with British Vogue and even insisted that some fans have agreed the drink actually isn’t so bad once they tried it.

When asked about what inspired her weird combo, the singer joked ‘total delusion’ is how she managed to pair the two, but added that it worked.

Going into more detail, she said: “I was at a Texas bbq and I just f***** about and played around.

“I do still drink it, we actually did a whole coke and pickle juice stand at one of my merch pop ups in Sydney and it went down pretty well, the amount of people that went so bad, it tastes delicious.”

However, those fans certainly didn’t seem to be in the comment section, with many admitting they tried it once and won’t be doing so again.

One user put it pretty honestly: “I love her, but the foods she invents are disgusting, man, lol.”

Another commented: “I don't know where she gets these ideas, worse than a pregnant woman's craving lol.”

With a third adding: “Every year they discover some gross food she likes, last year it was cream ice cream with olive oil and fleur de sel.”

And another joked: “This chick is into some weird stuff, that's the only explanation for her making these disgusting combos. It's ice cream with olive oil, Coca-Cola with pickles... Here in Brazil, I'm sure she'd come up with eating feijoada with gummy candy.”
