Euphoria actor Chloe Cherry says she felt safer working in porn than working as a waitress in restaurants.

Oh, how fun it is to be a woman.

Cherry appeared on Emily Ratajkowski’s podcast High Low and she opened up about the sexual harassment she faced while working in the hospitality industry.

She slammed the experience for being so ‘f**king traumatizing’ while adding that her former boss was ‘creepy’.

The actor said: “He was like an actual sexual predator.

"Like, nobody in porn is a registered sex offender.”

She added: “In porn, it was like, this is what we’re going to do today.

“There wasn’t like, then this random guy comes up to you and tries to touch you. I felt so much more respected in porn than in a restaurant.”

Cherry, now 25, revealed she was 18 when she moved to Miami with dreams of being a showgirl.

The actor recalled how she’s always felt ‘sexually empowered’ and ‘loved turning people on’.

Since she joined the adult entertainment industry, she labeled it a ‘positive experience’.

“It’s a great place, and if you are tested, of age, and you’ve seen porn before, I think it’s a cool, fun job to do,” she told Ratajkowski.

“I really, really, really don’t understand what is wrong with sex work. To me, it seems like people hate women.”

However, following the success of Euphoria, Cherry left porn to focus on her acting career.

While noting the pros of porn, Cherry disclosed in her interview with the Call Her Daddy podcast that the only downside of it is how people outside the industry treated her.

She told host Alex Cooper: “Suddenly my friends who I was friends with in high school didn’t want to be friends.”

She added that her mates suddenly got ‘weird ideas’ of her sleeping with their boyfriends.

Cherry said: “It was really odd to me that I lost a lot of female friends because they thought I couldn’t be around them...Or their boyfriend would say ‘No you can’t hang out with her’ and they actually would listen to them, which I think was the craziest part.”

But now, with her budding acting career taking off thanks to the HBO show, Cherry also signed with British modeling agency Anti-Agency London and made her runway debut last year.

Cherry's future is looking bright, to say the least.
