After being abducted from a music festival, an Israeli woman has pleaded to go home in devastating footage.

Mia Schem had been attending the Tribe of Nova festival in Re’im, Israel, when Hamas militants descended on the event and opened fire on attendees.

Over 250 people were killed, with many others being injured or kidnapped and held hostage by Hamas.

As authorities continue to look for survivors, 21-year-old Mia has been seen in a new video posted by the Palestinian militant group.

In the first video posted by Hamas, the festival-goer is seen with a wound on her arm as she receives medical care.

Mia Schem appeared in the short clip originally posted on Telegram.

During the clip, originally posted on Telegram, Mia revealed that she was in Gaza and was recovering from a three-hour surgery.

Pleading to be released, the young woman told viewers: "They are taking care of me, giving me medicine, everything is fine. I only ask that they bring me home as soon as possible to my parents, to my siblings.

"Get me out of here as soon as possible. Please."

Almost immediately, the video was condemned by the Israel Defense Forces on social media.

In a damming X post, the organisation wrote: "In the video published by Hamas, they try to portray themselves as humane… However, they are a horrorific [sic] terrorist organization responsible for the murder and abduction of babies, children, men, women and the elderly."

The 21-year-old had been at the Tribe of Nova festival before her kidnapping.

However, Mia's loved ones were relieved to see the young woman was alive.

Talking to the Jerusalem Post, her aunt Galit said: "I saw her, and I thought I was dreaming. I finally saw the girl after all this time… She looks hurt and scared – but at least she’s alive.

"This is a very significant step, and we want our girl at home."

Mia was just one of the many missing-presumed dead following the attack on Israel earlier this month.

As relatives continue to search for loved ones, videos of festival-goers have begun to emerge on social media – including one of a German woman.

Shani Louk remains missing following the attack on the Israeli festival by Hamas militants.

The family of tattoo artist Shani Louk believe that the 23-year-old is the young woman who was filmed naked and unconscious in a pickup truck as Hamas celebrated.

Having identified her from her tattoos and dreadlocks, her loved ones have pleaded for more news.

Appearing on social media, her mom Ricarda held up a photo and said: "We were sent a video in which I could clearly see our daughter unconscious in the car with the Palestinians and them driving around the Gaza Strip.

"I ask you to send us any help or news. Thank you very much."

The search for Shani is still ongoing.
