People convinced pandas at zoo are humans in suits after video goes viral

One really does have to question how such a creature has managed to survive for so long

A bunch of videos have emerged online which have people convinced that pandas are not, in fact, real.

You can see why people might buy into such a wild theory if you watch the vid below:

Pandas are adorable, a symbol of resistance against extinction and human stewardship.

They're also almost comically useless.

A species that has a diet dominated by one plant which is very difficult to digest, and means that they have to spend most of their time just eating and sleeping.

A species which is notoriously selective about breeding, and only does so very rarely.

With all these features come together, the question does rise how on earth giant pandas ever managed to survive at all without human intervention.

Bearing that in mind, it's perhaps small surprise that people are now convinced that giant pandas are not in fact nature's adorable practical joke, but humans in suits.

People think pandas aren't real.

One video in particular has people talking, specially mentioning that the pandas appear to gather round a table for dinner like humans settling down for a meal, looking very cute indeed.

The video, which was filmed at Chongqing Zoo on Saturday (November 25), has some people questioning whether the pandas are in fact real animals at all, or actually just humans in suits.

One person wrote: "Sure it isn't someone in panda suits?"

Another posted: "This video just reenforces my theory that pandas are actually humans in panda suits. That’s not a real animal."

The pandas all gathered round for food.

It's not the first time that questioned have been raised about bears actually being people in costumes.

A Chinese zoo in Hangzhou was even forced to deny that a bear that they had in the zoo was a human in a suit after speculation began online.

People began to wonder if it was a human after an image emerged showing its back, which seemed remarkably similar to that of a human.

If it was, then the suit was very lifelike.

"I wouldn't even be mad of it was someone in a suit. At least that's another bear free," one person replied.

Another wrote: "Tell that bear pull his pants up."

While a third person said: "Thats pretty damn good sitting at the end of the clip, does it exactly how bears do. It would be hard for a man to sit back like that."
