RFK Jr. says he ‘doesn’t know how Trump is still alive’ as he breaks down president’s ‘really bad’ diet

The US Health Secretary blasted the president's diet on The Katie Miller Podcast

RFK Jr. didn't hold back his thoughts on the president's diet when asked.

The US Health Secretary recently sat down with Katie Miller for her podcast and was asked who in his cabinet has 'the most unhinged eating habits'.

In terms of who is healthiest in Trump's cabinet, the US Health Secretary, Scott Turner (the United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development), was named the healthiest and fittest, as well as the most likely to dominate the presidential fitness test.

He also name-dropped Pete Hegseth and Sean Duffy as fit and healthy members of the cabinet.

With the way the rest of the Trump administration talks about the president, you probably wouldn't have thought that RFK Jr. would name and shame him as having the worst diet, but he wasted no time in sharing his true thoughts.

He said: "The interesting thing about the president is that he eats really bad food, which is McDonald’s, and, you know, candy and Diet Coke. But he drinks Diet Coke at all times.

"He has the constitution of a deity. I don’t know how he’s alive, but he is."

RFK Jr. continued to say that the president claims that he only eats junk food when 'he's on the road' because he trusts 'big corporations' and he doesn't want to risk getting sick.

"When he's at Mar-a-Lago or the White House, he's eating really good food," RFK Jr. went on to say of the president's diet.

Somewhat seemingly backtracking on his remarks, he went on: "When you travel with him, you get the impression that he's just pumping himself full of poison all day long, and you don't know how he's walking around, much less being the most energetic person any of us have ever met.

"But, I actually think he does eat pretty good food. I mean, he's in incredible health."

Supposedly, a doctor has said that Trump has 'the highest testosterone levels he's ever seen' for a man of his age.

"I know the president will be happy that I repeat that," RFK Jr. went on to quip as Miller appeared to laugh uncomfortably.

RFK Jr.'s sit-down with Miller comes after he recently announced a complete reversal of the healthy food pyramid as we know it.

Under previous guidance, the core staples of a healthy diet were grains, followed by vegetables and fruits, dairy and protein in smaller portions, and then a small amount of fats, oils, and sweets.

But RFK Jr.'s overhaul now has protein, dairy, and healthy fats at the top of the pyramid, followed by fruit and veg and then whole grains at the bottom.
