The Department of Justice (DOJ) has dismissed ‘unfounded and false’ accusations against President Donald Trump following the release of more files tied to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
The latest batch of Epstein files released includes an FBI document (EFTA00020517) from October 27, 2020.
In it, it alleges that Trump and Epstein raped an unnamed woman. The document details the account of a former limo driver, who allegedly met Trump in 1995, and claimed to have overheard him speaking about a serious incident.

The FBI were made aware of the comments in 2020 as the driver claimed Trump repeatedly mentioned the name 'Jeffrey' during a phone call where he allegedly referred to 'abusing some girl'.

The driver also reported he was 'a few seconds from pulling the limousine over on the median and within a few seconds of pulling him out of the car and hurting him due to some of things he was saying'.
According to the document, the driver claimed that as he was recounting the story about Trump's call, an unnamed woman he was with went 'stone cold'.
The unverified account states: "[Woman] stated, 'He raped me.' [Driver] said, 'What?' as [Woman] replied 'Donald J. Trump had raped her along with Jeffrey Epstein.'"
It continues: "Some girl with a funny name 'took me into a fancy hotel or building, that's how it happened'."
The driver claimed he urged the woman 'to call the police regarding the incident', but she allegedly said she did not want to alert authorities because 'they will kill me'.
The document notes: "On Christmas Day [1999], [Woman] contacted [Driver] and stated she had in fact called the police about what they had talked about. [Driver] told she had 'done good.' [Driver] did not hear from [Woman] or [redacted] until 01/10/2000.
"[Redacted] reached out to [Driver] stating [Woman] was dead and noted she was found with her head 'blown off' in Kiefer, OK. Officers on the scene and [redacted] stated there was no way it was a suicide. Corner stated it was a suicide."

The DOJ has fundamentally denied these accusations levied against Trump.
In the statement shared on social media, the department stated: "The Department of Justice has officially released nearly 30,000 more pages of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein.
"Some of these documents contain untrue and sensationalist claims made against President Trump that were submitted to the FBI right before the 2020 election. To be clear: the claims are unfounded and false, and if they had a shred of credibility, they certainly would have been weaponized against President Trump already.
"Nevertheless, out of our commitment to the law and transparency, the DOJ is releasing these documents with the legally required protections for Epstein’s victims."
