A lip reader has broken down what Prince Andrew likely said to Prince William at his final public appearance before renouncing his titles.
Prince Andrew issued an announcement last week, claiming that he would renounce his titles as he faces growing pressure following further accusations tied to the late Virginia Giuffre.
Giuffre died by suicide at her home in Australia in April 2025 at the age of 41. She wrote Nobody's Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice before her death.
In the book, she reaffirmed her allegations against Prince Andrew; that in 2001, she went to dinner and a nightclub with him before being pressured by Jeffrey Epstein’s girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, to sleep with him.

Prince Andrew has repeatedly and vehemently denied Giuffre’s allegations. Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking in 2021 and Epstein died in jail in 2019.
One of Andrew’s final public outings saw him with the Royal Family at the funeral for the Duchess of Kent's funeral on September 16.

A lip reader has reflected on what may have been said in a clip that showed Prince Andrew stood by Prince William who, according to reports, looked flustered.

Lip reader Jeremy Freeman spoke to the Mirror and reflected on the video that has been circulated on social media.
Freeman said: “We had a lovely time in those days, didn't we... I remember those days.”
The footage appeared to show Andrew attempted to make conversation with William, even chuckling and grinning about what he said, while other seniors looked solemn.
A Royal biographer also commented on the video and argued that William was ‘furious’ with the interaction.
Lownie said: “He has been at pains to distance himself from his uncle and not be photographed with him.

“He believes his father has not dealt with him with sufficient firmness and that Andrew - and Sarah Ferguson - have done much to undermine the good work of other members of the Royal Family."
In a statement, he said: "In discussion with The King, and my immediate and wider family, we have concluded the continued accusations about me distract from the work of His Majesty and the Royal Family.
"I have decided, as I always have, to put my duty to my family and country first. I stand by my decision five years ago to stand back from public life.
"With His Majesty's agreement, we feel I must now go a step further. I will therefore no longer use my title or the honors which have been conferred upon me.

"As I have said previously, I vigorously deny the accusations against me."
