Twitch streamer's attempt at Kylie Jenner Challenge goes horribly wrong

Some things are better left in the past

Cast your mind back a few years, and you might remember the craze that swept the internet: the Kylie Jenner Challenge.

For those of you who can't recall the heady days of 2015, it involved people using a small cup to make their lips puff up like the reality TV star's.

It usually ended pretty badly for those who attempted it, often left with deformed faces for a good few days after.

And the stunt has claimed another victim:

IShowSpeed, real name Darren Watkins, decided to give the challenge a whirl, live-streaming his attempt to his followers on Twitch.

In the video, which has since been shared to his YouTube channel, Darren can be seen grabbing hold of a 'weed glass' before placing the rim over his mouth. The glass then creates a vacuum, causing the lips to appear more plump than usual.

However, the streamer does this for 15 minutes, for maximum effect, I guess.

And as you can imagine, it becomes very, very painful, and his lips become visibly larger - scarily so - as the minutes tick by.

So when he finally removes the glass from his face, he is not happy, and fully loses his s**t.

As his lips flop out of the glass, he just starts screaming: "Mom, mom, momma!"

Pinching his lips, he then says: "What the f**k, what the f**k!

"What just happened to my lips? What the f**k is going on, bruh? Hell no, dawg!"

Don't try this at home, kids.

He goes on: "I'm gonna look like this for the rest of my life, dawg. Do I sound different or not?

"Do not do this at home, do not do this at home, ok?"

He then calls a mate for some advice, and they are about as helpful as any good friend is.

"I mean, it is permanent, I looked it up," he tells Speed. "It's permanent, you're bugged out forever."

And once again, having just kind of calmed down, the YouTuber is sent into a spiral of despair, screaming, 'Oh, my God!' at the top of his voice.

His friend then tells him to pick the phone back up because he has one more thing to say.

"It's not permanent, relax, I was just f**king with you," he tells Speed.

"I looked it up, it's gonna go down, it's swollen right now, it's gonna go down, ok?"

But permanent or not, don't try this at home, kids. Some things are better off left in the past.
