Donald Trump launched a huge military strike on Syria within minutes of being pictured in newly-released Epstein files.

A whopping 300,000 documents relating to the late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein were dropped on Friday (December 19), which included a brief mention of the POTUS.

The initial release of just one photograph revealed Trump's name on a large novelty check, while a second release, dropped four hours later, raised the president's name again. The document alluded to an encounter in 1990 where Epstein allegedly introduced Trump to a 14-year-old girl.

However, the mention does not prove the president, nor any of the other celebrity names revealed in the drop, have been accused of any wrongdoing.

Yet, a little over an hour since the docs were made public, the 79-year-old set his sights on Syria in a 'vengeance' military strike to 'eliminate' Islamic State fighters and weapons facilities in the country.

According to The Mirror US, the action came following an 'ambush attack' that killed two American soldiers and an interpreter almost a week before.

The move came as Trump promised 'very serious retaliation' after the deadly incident in Syria on December 13, which he blamed on the terrorist organization ISIS.

Taking to Truth Social, the president confirmed the US response, writing: "Because of ISIS’s vicious killing of brave American Patriots in Syria, whose beautiful souls I welcomed home to American soil earlier this week in a very dignified ceremony, I am hereby announcing that the United States is inflicting very serious retaliation, just as I promised, on the murderous terrorists responsible.

"We are striking very strongly against ISIS strongholds in Syria, a place soaked in blood which has many problems, but one that has a bright future if ISIS can be eradicated.

"The Government of Syria, led by a man who is working very hard to bring Greatness back to Syria, and is fully in support. All terrorists who are evil enough to attack Americans are hereby warned — YOU WILL BE HIT HARDER THAN YOU HAVE EVER BEEN HIT BEFORE IF YOU, IN ANY WAY, ATTACK OR THREATEN THE U.S.A."

Officials also confirmed the operation included the use of F-14 Eagle jets, A-10 Thunderbolt ground attack aircraft, AH-64 Apache helicopters and F-16 fighter jets alongside heavy rocket artillery strikes.

Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, added on X (formerly Twitter): "Earlier today, U.S. forces commenced OPERATION HAWKEYE STRIKE in Syria to eliminate ISIS fighters, infrastructure, and weapons sites in direct response to the attack on U.S. forces that occurred on December 13th in Palmyra, Syria.

"This is not the beginning of a war — it is a declaration of vengeance. The United States of America, under President Trump’s leadership, will never hesitate and never relent to defend our people."

He continued: "As we said directly following the savage attack, if you target Americans — anywhere in the world — you will spend the rest of your brief, anxious life knowing the United States will hunt you, find you, and ruthlessly kill you.

"Today, we hunted and we killed our enemies. Lots of them. And we will continue."

The American troops killed had been deployed to eastern Syria along with hundreds of others in a united force to tackle the terrorist group.

The outlet added a US official dubbed Trump's mission as a 'large-scale' strike, targeting as many as 70 spots across central Syria that intelligence tips as IS infrastructure and arms.

Another US official reportedly hinted that further strikes are anticipated to take place in the future.
