Unlikely the trio were expecting this reaction online

A YouTuber has been facing a harsh backlash after revealing he is in a relationship with a woman and her mother.

YouTuber Nick Yardy, 29, stunned his followers when he revealed that not only was in a relationship with 22-year-old content creator Jade and her mom Dani, but that both were pregnant.

As you can imagine, the internet had quite a lot to say about this, and while some responded with curiosity, many also admitted they were disgusted by the idea.

Now, its important to know that while the internet can be a wonderful place, if something sounds a little too wild to be true, then there is a chance it isn’t.

Which is something Yardy recently admitted to.

Speaking to the Mail Online, he said: “There are no babies. It's just, like, a skit. It's not actually real.

“People that follow me, they're just looking for entertainment and I don't think they really [believe it].”

However... the content creator said that his relationship with his girlfriend and her mother IS real.

Yardy, real name Nicholas Hunter, said that the trio have been in a relationship for the past two years.

He said: “They are actually mother and daughter, and our involvement with each other is real. It’s just that they’re not actually pregnant. At least not yet.”

Regardless of whether people bought into the skit or not, the trio have faced a barrage of criticism on social media.

One person commented: “This is just flat out disgusting omfg bring back shame.”

Another critical Twitter user plainly said: “So either it's true and they are disgusting individuals. Or it's a fake story for OF, and they are still disgusting individuals."

A third commented: "Nothing to brag about, the whole thing is disgusting."

Another perceptive individual had a rather fitting break down of the whole stunt.

They said: “Ah, the tangled web of internet clout-chasing, don’t you see? A man claims he pulled off the biological equivalent of a reality TV finale, and yet—like all things in the age of viral deception—the timeline doesn’t quite add up.

“One month prior, no baby bumps. Now, an explosive double pregnancy? Sounds like someone’s fishing for engagement, you know?

“The real play here is obvious: shock value. Nothing lures people into the digital abyss of curiosity quite like an absurd story wrapped in scandal. And, of course, if there’s an OF link involved.”

Well, there you have it... I think that is enough internet for today.
