MrBeast is being praised for the way he fired an employee

"Mr Beast is totally a different level of humbleness"

Youtuber MrBeast seems like a nice guy. So nice that even when he fires people, he does it nicely.

The YouTube star, who boasts the record for the most subscribed followers, revealed how he fires people. In a YouTube video short, MrBeast - whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson - discussed how he approaches the tough task.

Watch the video here:

He said: "It's never fun. I like to see it more as helping them transition to other companies. We had one person who we moved out here with and it did not end up working out. So I was like, what do you wanna go do? Is there a different YouTuber you wanna work for?"

MrBeast explained how he then messaged other YouTubers to help this employee land a job that was better suited for them.

He added: "It just kinda depends, sometimes they want to work for other YouTubers and I help them."

It doesn't always work out though, as MrBeast said that it doesn't guarantee they will find work once they've been let go.

But YouTube viewers have been quick to praise him for his support, as one commented: "Him firing someone is literally just getting them a job they’d rather have."

Another agreed, adding: "Jimmy the type of guy to help someone get a good career even after firing them, so kind."

"The fact he will actually try to hook you up with the job of your dreams is literally crazy. Mr beast is totally a different level of humbleness," said a third.

However, some mocked his wording and likened it to a break up speech, similar to the cliché line of 'It's not you, it's me'.

One viewer commented: "“Honey, I’m not breaking up with you. I’m just helping you transition to another man."

Another fan joked: "have u k*lled anyone before? beast: no i just help them transition to other worlds."

However a new business venture could be on the horizon for MrBeast after he asked billionaire Elon Musk if he could be the next CEO of Twitter.

Appropriately on Twitter, Mr Beast asked: "Can I be the new Twitter CEO?"

Amazingly, it wasn’t an immediate no, as Musk replied: "It’s not out of the question."

And MrBeast already has his first plan of action sorted if he ever gets the job, tweeting: “My first order of business, make it where creators actually want to post videos on Twitter and not just link to other platforms.”

MrBeast has thrown his hat in the ring to be Twitter's next CEO.

So far, Musk hasn't revealed who will take over from him at Twitter.

Replying to someone in a comment, he wrote: "No one wants the job who can actually keep Twitter alive. There is no successor."

And in another Twitter thread, he also said the hunt for a new boss was a tough one.

He said: "The question is not finding a CEO, the question is finding a CEO who can keep Twitter alive."

"Those who want power are the ones who least deserve it."
