A man has claimed that for almost two entire years, he has eaten nothing but fast food - including waking up and drinking a Red Bull.

The 32-year-old says his all-out junk food journey kicked off in summer 2023, and he hasn’t looked back...not even once.

Growing up, we've all been taught that too much junk food is bad for you - and if you've watched Super Size Me, then you'll be all too aware of the consequences.

But one rogue Redditor has claimed that he hasn't eaten a healthy meal in over 700 days.

Taking to the platform, he started his own 'Ask Me Anything'. Posting back in April, he wrote: "Since around July/August of 2023, I have not gone a single day without eating McDonald’s, or an equivalent fastfood like Taco Bell, KFC, Burger King, Chinese takeout, Indian takeout etc. etc. etc. But predominantly McDonald’s.

"Fastfood is literally all I eat. Everyday I will have one large (circa 2000 calories) meal from a fastfood outlet of my choosing, which I wash down with a Coca-Cola or a Red Bvll.

"Red Bull is also what I have for breakfast when I wake up. I drink around 2 or 3 473ml cans of Red Bull everyday. And have been doing so for roughly the same time period. Red Bull and soda are also the only things I drink. No water. Ask me anything."

The questions flooded in with dozens, if not hundreds, of people asking him how he is...and whether he had put on some timber.

He replied: "I am 32 and have been found to be perfectly physically healthy many times. :)."

While also adding: "My BMI is 20.8. I weigh 66kg, which is around 145lbs."

So he's actually healthy, and he reportedly has normal blood pressure.

He usually sticks to one main meal a day, totalling around 2,000 calories, washed down with either a Red Bull or Coke, while his go-to Maccies order is: a Big Mac, nine nuggets, large fries, and two barbecue sauces.

However, he admits that’s just the starting point - some days he’ll chuck in a McFlurry, 20 extra nuggets or an extra side for good measure.

As for why he does it, he explained that while it primarily is about convenience, it’s also about the taste and how it makes him feel. In fact, he says his body reacts worse when he tries to eat healthy.

He added: "My digestive system only feels horrible when I try to eat cruciferous vegetables or drink water. No idea why, I have always been this way."

But is eating fast food healthy? Well, the short answer is no...definitely not.

According to the NHS, the UK's national healthcare system, we should be having at least five portions of fruit and veg every day.
