Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly and Snoop Dogg singing 'Boats N Hoes' is the collaboration we didn't know we needed.

The two actors reunited over the weekend to celebrate Snoop Dogg's 52nd birthday.

Reilly and Ferrell has stared in a host of movies together - from Holmes & Watson to Talladega Nights: The Ballad Of Ricky Bobby - but, arguably, their best work has to be 2008's Step Brothers.

In the movie where the pair are, you guessed it, step brothers. They go on to create a friendship and even make their own single called 'Boats 'N Hoes'.

For those of you who don't remember the song, some of the lyrics go: "Nachos, lemon heads, my dad's boat, you wont go down 'cause my di*k can float!"

How the song didn't win a Grammy Award, I'll never know.

15 years on from Step Brothers' release, Reilly and Ferrell still know all the words to the hilarious song and surprised 'Drop It Like It's Hot' hitmaker Snoop with a performance for his birthday at the Best Night of Your Life 2 benefit show in LA.

Snoop of course joined them on stage as the trio also performed 'Gin and Juice'.

A clip of their performance has been shared online, and people have hailed it as 'legendary'.

"THIS IS SO LEGENDARY!!!!!!!!!!!" wrote one excited individual.

"This is incredible," added another, as a third labelled it 'dope'.

"Life is complete," penned someone else, and another fan even went as far as requesting that the three of them go on tour together.

    I'd totally go.

Snoop also shared a video from their performance, which someone filmed from backstage.

Starting the clip off by showing off the rapper's extravagant birthday cake, Ferrell is then seen rolling the cake out for Snoop to see.

In true Snoop style, he goes on to light his spliff on one of the cake's candles.

As people do on your birthday, the crowd the trio performed for returns the favor and belts out 'Happy Birthday' to the birthday boy.

Snoop turned 52 on October 20.

While their performance may have reignited your love for the comedy genius that is Step Brothers, I wouldn't get your hopes up about a sequel happening.

Ferrell and director Adam McKay founded Gary Sanchez - but the pair shut down the production studio in 2020 after their film Holmes & Watson flopped at the box office.

It was thought that the pair had decided to end their working relationship amicably, but it was later revealed the pair had a falling out and haven't spoken in years.

With this in mind, it looks unlikely Step Brothers 2 will come into fruition anytime soon.

In the words of Brennan Huff himself, this sucks camel d*cks.
