Although many of the Jedi appear to be unknown characters, dedicated Star Wars fans were quick to spot the body of none other than Tera Sinube.

Although he may not be as well known as other members of the Jedi Order, Tera Sinube appeared in several episodes of The Clone Wars. Mostly Tera Sinube is remembered for teaming up with Ahsoka Tano to help her recover her lightsaber.

Sinube also sat on the Jedi High Council before the Invasion of Naboo, as well solving crime in the criminal underworld of Coruscant.

The latest episode of the Disney+ show has solved the mystery of what happened to Sinube when the Jedi Order fell at the end of the Revenge of the Sith, confirming he was hunted by the empire.

Another user said: "please tell me that wasn’t Tera Sinube, which prompted another user to reply: "i will literally cry if so."

Fans were also heartbroken to see the body of a youngling in the tomb.

One twitter user wrote: "I was fine and dandy til they showed Tera Sinube & the youngling"

The rest of the bodies in the tomb were unrecognisable however, diehard fans have suggested that Jedi master, Pablo- Jill appears in a wider shot of the tomb.

However, there is some good news for heartbroken fans as they could be seeing Tera Sinube again. The upcoming Star Wars series The Acolyte takes places during The High Republic Era, so it is highly likely we will see Sinube in full Jedi form.
