Viewers say hilarious scene in rom-com movie is ‘one of the funniest’ of all time

People are flooding to social media in praise of one particular scene in a rom-com movie being 'one of the funniest' of 'all time'.

Sometimes after a long day at work which has you left clutching onto your last remaining braincells, all you need and want in your life is to settle down, treat yourself to a glass of red wine and stick on a good old fashion rom-com - because they just don't seem to make as many classicly good ones these days do they?

So, if this sounds like you, or you've just had a break-up and need a bit of inspiration to embrace your new-found freedom, social media users have you covered.

This release may've come out nearly eight years ago now - yes, 2016 was really that long ago - but it's become rom-com fans' favorites for a reason. Warning: Spoilers ahead.

The movie in question is none other than How to be Single starring Dakota Johnson, Rebel Wilson and Leslie Mann as three singletons, Alice, Robin and Meg.

And the scene which viewers can't get over even nearly eight years later?

Why, that would be the moment Meg's spotted in a baby store by ex hook-up Ken (Jake Lacy) who's walking by with a coffee - Meg having tried to cool things off with him as a result of thinking he's too young to have a proper future with.

After noticing she's pregnant, Ken taps on the window, mouthing, 'What the f**k?' before going in to confront Meg, who says she's been 'trying to have a baby but it's probably not even going to stick'.

"I think it's stuck," Ken responds, before the pair then end up arguing about Meg's changed appearance, Ken thinking he's 'going to be a dad' before making the grave mistake of calling Meg 'crazy' not once, but three times before revealing his Halloween costume when he was eight years old was a stay at home dad.

And fans of the film have taken to social media to weigh in on the scene. Check out the scene below:
