The categories in question are also extremely specific niche including the likes of Deep Sea Horror Movies (45028), Spicy Romance (81572628) and Steamy Romantic Movies (35800).

To help discover these 'secret codes', Netflix has put together a handy starter pack with a list of a lot of codes.

And if you want to get into the nooks and crannies, Netflix subscribers can watch Classical Dramas (29809), tearjerkers (6384) and political dramas by adding 6616.

Not too familiar with this very handy TV hack? Well, thankfully, Tudum is on hand to explain all.

The website states: " Your Netflix queue is always stacked with movies and shows to hit play on, but what you might not know is that there’s a hidden way to make that viewing experience even better."

And to be honest, I think the majority of people are going to need it given the amount of content on Netflix.

Believe it or not, the list of shows on Netflix tops 36,000 - yep, really that much.

But with these now not-so-secret codes out in the wild, it should be a lot easier to find exactly what you want.
