Not a lot of detail has been provided yet about what will happen in the upcoming releases, but Secret Invasion has Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury on the run and hunting Skrulls, and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will introduce Kang the Conqueror, a villain who is tipped to play a big role in the overall arc of the MCU.

James Gunn, director of Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 has also confirmed the film will be the end of this Guardians era in the MCU, though he was quick to establish that doesn't mean everyone will die.
