Jason Momoa has hit back at the notorious nepo baby claims after his 16-year-old son secured a Hollywood acting gig.
The Aquaman star's son, Nakoa-Wolf, is making his debut in the world of acting in Dune: Part Three, a highly anticipated movie that will see the teenager feature alongside the likes of Timothee Chalamet and Zendaya.
Heck, Nakoa-Wolf is playing the role of Chalamat and Zendaya's on-screen child in the third movie that is set to hit screens in December 2026.
Momoa, who is also returning for the third Dune instalment as Duncan Idaho, has dismissed any speculation he helped his son get the acting role, insisting his teenage son did it on his own accord.

Speaking to Extra recently, Momoa joked: "He's in for a rude awakening is what he's in for. He’s into the workforce for the first time."
And addressing those nepo baby claims, the Hollywood actor added: "It's going to be good. He did it on his own. I don't want to help him, and he's done it all on his own, and good for him.
"You want your children to be better than you, and I really, actually believe he is. I couldn't do what he's doing at his age. There's no way I could sit in a room with [Dune 3 director] Denis Villeneuve and hold my own. I was on Baywatch at 19. He's 16 and holding s*** down with Denis Villeneuve."

Momoa is co-parent to Nakoa-Wolf alongside ex-wife Lisa Bonet. He added: "We raised him beautiful. We raised our children. It's just, you know, being loved and being confident in themselves. That is what he is. He's very confident."
While Momoa may look back on raising his children with Bonet as fond memories, the divorce proceedings with his former partner were far from simple.
The Aquaman star split from wife Lisa Bonet in 2020, according to divorce papers filed by Bonet - though the separation wasn't public knowledge until 2022.

It's reported to have only taken them a day to settle their divorce, with Bonet and Momoa agreeing to share custody of their teenage children.
But following their split, Momoa said that he 'doesn't have a home'.
"Bro, I don’t even have a home right now," the actor told Entertainment Tonight.
"I live on the road. So, I’m down to New Zealand to start Minecraft. I hope everyone loves it."
