An actor from The Big Bang Theory has revealed the X-rated moment she had during her first day on set.
The popular sitcom spanned across 12 seasons between the years of 2007 and 2019, starring the likes of Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Johnny Galecki and Simon Helberg.
Another big star of The Big Bang Theory, Melissa Rauch, has revealed how she had a rather embarrassing mishap on her first day on set.
Rauch played Bernadette Rostenkowski on the show, and was introduced into the sitcom as Penny's co-worker at the Cheesecake Factory.

Bernadette became a huge character in the series, going on to become Howard's wife and being a firm favourite on the show.

However, Rauch has in the past reflected on her very first day on set, explaining to Conan O'Brien that she was left mortified over one X-rated incident in particular.
“The first episode of the season, I had a little… incident," she said.

Rauch explained that she was in bed in a hotel room set when she became cold, so she decided to pull the covers up to her face and began rubbing her hands together to stay warm.
However, she didn't realise how it might have looked to a live studio audience.

“So I’m under the covers, and it’s really cold on set because they keep it cold, and I’m under there and we’re shooting the scene and – out of habit – I’m doing this (rubbing hands together) under the covers," she added.

“We shot the whole scene, there’s a studio audience. And after the scene was over, our director and producer came over to me and they were like, ‘We need to see your hands in the next take – it looked like you were having way too much fun with yourself under the covers.'”
Rauch even revealed that audience members had commented on the moment, adding: “This little boy said to me, ‘Did you shoot that scene again with your hands out because it looked weird? Because my dad said it looked real weird.'”

Rauch's mom was even horrified over the incident, with the actress explaining she had gone to her mom for support but didn't get much reassurance when she told her what had happened.

“She’s like, ‘I hope people understand that you weren’t really doing that, that’s disgusting!'” She said.
"'People have been fired from that, people have lost their careers for doing that in movie theatres'!”
Luckily, Rauch wasn't fired and remained on the show until its finale.
