The woman caught on a jumbotron during a Coldplay concert with her boss and company CEO earlier this year has now broken her silence.
Andy Byron, the former CEO of New York-based company Astronomer, had been watching Coldplay at their gig at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts back in July when he suddenly appeared on a huge screen in the arena.
Married at the time, he attended the gig with his employee Kristin Cabot, who was the Chief People Officer of Astronomer.
In footage that went viral, Byron appeared to have his arms around Cabot while she leaned back into his chest and held onto his hands.

Coldplay frontman Chris Martin called attention to the pair, whom he thought were a couple, but he was left gobsmacked by their reaction.
Cabot suddenly moved to cover her face, as the man dropped to the ground and disappeared from the frame.

Bryon and Cabot both resigned from their jobs following the incident, and neither had spoken out about the whole ordeal - until now.
Kristin Cabot has now broken her silence, speaking to the New York Times to explain exactly what had happened.
"I made a bad decision and had a couple of High Noons and danced and acted inappropriately with my boss," she said. "And it’s not nothing. And I took accountability and I gave up my career for that. That’s the price I chose to pay.
“I want my kids to know that you can make mistakes, and you can really screw up. But you don’t have to be threatened to be killed for them.”
Cabot explained how, at the time, she was going through a separation, and stressed that she was not in a sexual relationship with her boss. She also claimed that until the night they were caught on camera, they had not kissed.
Once she had been captured on camera, Cabot recalled feeling like someone had 'flipped a switch'.

"I’ll never be able to explain it in any articulate or intelligent way," she explained.
A moment of 'joy, joy, joy' had quickly turned into a nightmare.
Speaking of the moment she had been caught on camera, Cabot said: "I was so embarrassed and so horrified. I’m the head of H.R. and he’s the C.E.O. It’s, like, so cliché and so bad.”
The pair both then fled to the bar to gather themselves, and then the reality hit.
Cabot continued: “We both just sat there with our heads in our hands, like, ‘What just happened?’ And the initial conversation was, 'We have to tell the board'.”
She went on to reveal that while she and Byron met a couple of times in the aftermath, contact between them has been minimal as it was decided that it was for the best.
