Kristin Cabot, who was caught on camera getting cosy with her former boss, has spoken out after going viral earlier this year.
It was back in July when Andy Byron, the former CEO of New York-based company Astronomer and Cabot, the ex HR head honcho at the company were caught watching at a Coldplay gig at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
Their moment on the Coldplay jumbotron quickly went viral for all the wrong reasons.
Bryon - who was married at the time - resigned from his post, while Cabot also left the company by vacating her position as Chief People Officer.

Byron is yet to speak out on the matter, but Cabot has now spoken to the New York Times about what her relationship with Bryon is like now.
Cabot had been separated from her husband, Andrew Cabot, at the time of the concert and she filed for divorce in the summer.

She told the New York Times how she had been 'in touch' with her boss all throughout the summer months, speaking about a wide range of issues, including work stuff and family life. Described as two 'workaholics', the pair have seemingly struggled to adapt to life away from work as Cabot explained their current relationship.
"Honestly, a lot of it was, like: ‘Hi. It’s 11 o’clock on a Tuesday. Any advice?’” Cabot explained.
The former work colleagues agreed to meet in September and that came to the conclusion that 'speaking with each other was going to make it too hard for everyone to move on and heal'.
Their contact has been 'minimal' since then, the New York Times reported.

Elsewhere in the interview, Cabot explained that she was not in a sexual relationship with her boss and she also claimed that she hadn't kissed Byron until they were caught on camera that night.
"I was so embarrassed and so horrified. I’m the head of H.R. and he’s the C.E.O. It’s, like, so cliché and so bad," Cabot explained of the moment she was caught on camera.
After they realized what had happened, Cabot and Byron headed for the bar to gather themselves.
Cabot continued: “We both just sat there with our heads in our hands, like, ‘What just happened?’ And the initial conversation was, 'We have to tell the board'.”
I mean, it's not the way you want to go viral, is it?
One to tell the grandkids for sure!
