Addison Rae's mum Sheri Nicole Easterling turned up to the MTV VMAs with rapper Yung Gravy and shared a kiss on the red carpet

Addison Rae’s mum Sheri Nicole Easterling turned up to the MTV Video Music Awards last night (Sunday 28 August) as Yung Gravy’s date – sending the internet wild when they smooched on the red carpet.

Easterling, 42, is the mother of social media sensation Addison Rae, having also carved out her own fanbase online with more than one million followers on Instagram and a whopping 14.2 million on TikTok.

She arrived at yesterday’s VMAs with none other than 26-year-old US rapper Yung Gravy, whose real name is Matthew Hauri – who had previously got into a public feud with her estranged husband, Monty Lopez.

The pair walked the red carpet together and spoke to press about their unexpected ‘connection’, with Yung Gravy referring to his date as the ‘queen of the MILFs’.

The pair also took a moment to share a passionate kiss in front of the cameras, sending jaws dropping on social media.

Speaking to MTV, Yung Gravy said: “We met online and we connected right away.

“You know, I’m from the farthest north it gets and she’s from the farthest south it gets. I’m into MILFs and she’s kind of the queen of MILFs, so I figured it was just the perfect match.”

When asked how she felt about being at the VMAs with Yung Gravy, Sheri Nicole replied: “I am super excited and...I’m just happy.”

Speaking about the drama on Twitter, one person wrote in shock: “YUNG GRAVY AND SHERI NICOLE IN ACTUALLY LOSING IT.”
