Travis Barker says he doesn’t ‘give a f*ck’ about ‘c*mming in a cup’ on TV

He said it's 'real life' and doesn't care what anyone thinks

Travis Barker has opened up about sharing his IVF journey with Kourtney Kardashian with the world.

The drummer, 47, made the revelation in an interview where he said he hopes his and Kourtney's openness will help other people on the same road.

He told GQ that he doesn't change how he acts in the slightest now that he's a reality TV husband after marrying Kourtney, 43, earlier this year, and explained he only films with her when he's asked to.

"And I'm only around for some of it," he said of life with The Kardashians star. "She'll be like, 'Hey, by the way, we're filming today,' and I'm like, 'Okay, cool'. It doesn’t change how I act or what I dress like, you know what I mean?"

One of the most memorable scenes the drummer has featured in sees him travel with Kourtney to have some of her eggs retrieved after the pair struggled to conceive naturally. Let's remind ourselves, shall we?

Kourtney already has three children with her former partner Scott Disick, 39, who she was with from 2006 until 2015.

The show also saw the pair retrieve a semen sample from Travis, and Kourtney decided that she would help him get there while the pair were in the hospital.

This sees the doctor explain to the pair how the sample must be collected, before they are given some privacy.

While being this open on TV definitely isn't for everyone, Travis insisted: "I don't give a f**k."

"I don't care if I'm c*mming in a cup, or whatever," he says. "It's real life.

"And if any of that can help people - seeing Kourtney's journey through IVF, which is super hard for a woman. You saw her struggle with it and talk about it. That's real.

"And there's however many millions of dudes that have to go give their semen for this same procedure. So it's, like, relatable, you know? I've never been fazed by any of that."

Travis and Kourtney were platonic friends before they began dating around 2018, when rumours of a potential romance between the pair began to circulate.

The drummer went on to pop the question in October 2021 and the pair tied the knot in May of this year.

Travis is Kourtney's first husband as she and Scott were never married, but Kourtney is Travis's third wife, following two brief marriages in the noughties, the last of which to Shanna Moakler ended in 2008.
