Selena Gomez has issued a message to her younger self in the wake of Justin and Hailey Bieber's supposed attacks on her in recent weeks.

For International Women's Day, the 30-year-old star shared a picture of her younger self with a kindhearted message.

The post read: "Dear younger me, please don’t be afraid to ask for help.

She added: "Today is International Women’s Day and I want each of us to be gentler to ourselves."

She then issued a call-to-action to her fans while spruiking her beauty range, adding: "Write your younger self a RareBeauty Rare Reminder and stick it on your mirror to remind yourself that you deserve the world. Love you."

Gomez's post comes after she revealed she would take a break from social media shortly after Hailey Bieber and Kylie Jenner appeared to make fun of her on social media for - wait for it - her eyebrows.

Yep, apparently we're all back in high school.

Gomez has previously been open about the fact she has assistants manage her social media accounts as she finds the whole process too taxing on her mental health.

It is unknown if this was posted by Gomez or her staff while she takes some time out in the wake of the Bieber shade-fest.

At Justin Bieber's birthday party last week, Alfredo Flores, a music video director who has previously worked with Bieber, shared a picture of a party favor guests received - and fans think the inscription is a brutal dig at Gomez.

The silver lighter featuring a cowboy hat bears the words: "I am so grateful that I didn’t end up with what I thought I wanted."

Is this a dig at Selena Gomez?

Probably, nay definitely, not necessary, guys.

The 29-year-old's gift comes after his wife Hailey lost one million followers on Instagram following the alleged TikTok drama with Selena.

While we all thought that the long-time feud (if you can even call it that) was over - when the two women posed for a photo together in October - the rivalry was once again engulfed in flames.

Many began accusing Hailey and Kylie Jenner of making fun of Selena for her laminated eyebrows in a TikTok clip in late February.

    Yes, really.

Selena Gomez took to a TikTok clip, telling her followers: "I accidentally laminated my brows too much."

Shortly after Selena’s post, Kylie shared a photo of her own arches on her Instagram Stories, writing: "This was an accident ?????"

Kylie Jenner's post appeared to be in response to Selena's.

Kylie then uploaded a screenshot from a FaceTime call she had with Hailey, where the pair had both zoomed in on, low and behold, their eyebrows.

    Honestly, this is petty s**t.

Following the reports, Selena has shared a new message to fans via TikTok appearing to tell her fans to lay off Hailey and Justin.

The Only Murders in the Building actor wrote: "Please be kind and consider others' mental health. My heart has been heavy, and I only want good for everyone. All my love."

Good on Selena for rising above.
