Savannah Chrisley kicked off flight for 'repeatedly insulting several employees'

Savannah Chrisley had to get a later flight after Southwest Airlines refused her permission to board her original plane

Savannah Chrisley has claimed that she was kicked off a Southwest Airlines flight for being an ‘unruly passenger’, with the airline now arguing that she 'repeatedly insulted several employees'.

Here's how the whole thing unfolded:

Chrisley, the daughter of disgraced reality TV stars Todd and Julie Chrisley, who are currently serving lengthy sentences for fraud and tax evasion, shared the story online, claiming that the airline ‘threw her off the flight’ from New York to Tennessee because she wouldn’t check her hand luggage bag.

In the video, the 25-year-old Chrisley Knows Best star said: “Alright guys, so I officially know why everyone hates Southwest so much. I mean absolutely hates it — the worst thing in the entire world.”

Then, she zoomed in on a man at the gate, stating: “This man right here … um, awful.

“I went to board my flight to get on and he told me that I had to check my bag.

“I was like, ‘OK, if you wouldn’t mind, I’m gonna take my bag on the flight, see if I can’t make it fit and if not, I’ll check it.'”

However, the man then allegedly called her an ‘unruly passenger’, which Chrisley claimed led the pilot to become involved, telling her to ‘calm down’ and ‘that he was going to find a place’ for her bag.

Chrisley then claimed: “The Southwest attendant literally looked at the pilot — the man who is flying our plane and is responsible for our safety, the most important person in the airline — and said, ‘Stay out of it … ma’am you’re not flying on this flight.'”

She admitted that she called the attendant an ‘a**hole’ but explained how she wanted to get home to her 10-year-old niece Chloe, who she recently took custody of.

"And well, the Southwest attendant said, ‘I don’t care,'” Chrisley added.

“So Southwest, you’re awful but not going to lie … your pilot was kinda hot.”

Further clarifying her position later, she explained: “In case another story comes out, after he told me he didn’t care if I got home to my 10-year-old …

“I told him that I hope he finds a better purpose for his life.

“Maybe I shouldn’t have said it, but the devil came over me and Jesus did not come out.”

The reality star later admitted that she called the attendant an a**hole.

Chrisley did eventually manage to get onto another flight after all that, finally getting home at around 2:00am.

According to Page Six, a Southwest representative alleged that Chrisley had ‘repeatedly insulted several employees’ which caused her to be ‘denied boarding to her original flight’.

She was booked onto a ‘later flight the same day’.

That spokesperson also alleged that she’d ‘arrived at the gate late in the boarding process and was asked to gate-check her bag due [to] the overhead bins being full and to avoid delaying the more than 100 passengers already onboard the aircraft'.
