The 'feud' between Chris Brown and Quavo is beginning to be intensifying - at least according to the fans.

A recent concert by Quavo was... well, it was virtually empty, and many fans online believe that this is down to Brown.

But why?

Well, to put it mildly, the pair haven't been fond of one another for a little while now and have joined the music beef trend by recently dropping songs mocking the other.

And over the weekend, the former hip hop Migos group member seemed to struggle to fill out the Hartford Healthcare Ampitheater in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

The venue has a capacity of more than 5,700, but videos from the event show that what appeared to be a little more than a few hundred had showed up to see the star perform, News.au reports.

The venue appeared so empty, in fact, that the fans that were there didn't stay in their seats and moved right up to the stage - since there was so much space available.

However, despite the small turnout, Quavo still performed.

While no official explanation has been put out by the rapper or his team yet, many have attempted to fill in the gaps and speculated that it was Brown who'd allegedly bought out all the tickets.

And this theory hasn’t been helped by one TikTok video where the attendee, known as Keith Drumz on the platform, shared just how empty the venue was 30 minutes before Quavo was set to take the stage.

The TikToker can be heard in the clip asking why Brown 'did this' to Quavo, claiming that he knows he had 'something to do with this' while repeatedly asking 'where are all the people'.

He even went as far as to tag Brown's official account in his video.

This idea has spread on social media like wildfire, with many believing that the singer was involved somehow and bought all the tickets without providing any evidence - other than an empty venue.

However, others were quick to point out the logistics of Brown even pulling it off, instead attributing the low turnout to Quavo's popularity - with one person writing it off as a 'dud'.

Brown himself has also not responded to the speculation yet.

UNILAD has contacted Brown's reps for comment.

However, many have been comparing it to a similar situation that was actually confirmed.

While the beef between rapper 50 Cent and Ja Rule has been going on decades, it took the most hilarious turn in 2018.

In what genuinely could be the pettiest move between feuding artists, 50 Cent purchased 200 tickets, but not to show any appreciation - rather just so the front row seats would be empty.

Sharing a photo of the empty rows and photoshopping himself into the image, the rapper trolled Ja Rule on Instagram, writing: "What a show, I mean just f**king great.

"Do it again my kid went to the restroom."
