Fans believe Travis Kelce casually made jest of the 'most embarrassing moment of Taylor's Swift's life'.
The singer made her first appearance on her boyfriend's New Heights podcast, which he shares with brother Jason Kelce, and received an introduction by her would-be brother-in-law that the great Michael Buffer would be proud of.
That's the 'let's get ready to ruuuuuuuummmmmmbbbbbbblllllleeeeeeeee' guy, by the way.

But it was Travis' comment that left people wondering if he had just poked fun at a point in time that any Swiftie will remember.
"Our guest today is the singer, songwriter, producer, and director from Nashville, Tennessee - that's bullsh*t. She is from Reading, Pennsylvania," Jason started off.
"She is the most awarded artist in the history of the American Music Awards, Billboard Music Awards, and iHeart Radio Music Awards. She has 14 Grammy Awards and is the only artist in the history to win an album of the year four times.
"Last December, she wrapped up the Eras tour, which spanned 149 shows across 51 cities, five continents, and was the most attended tour of all time."

"Of all time!" his brother repeated him.
While the intro did go on, it's Travis' comment that has ruffled some feathers online, with people over on Twitter claiming he 'casually' referenced the moment Swift accepted her first ever VMA - only for Kanye West to snatch the mic off her and say she didn't deserve it.
One person posted: "Did anyone else catch that Travis repeated 'Of all time' after the list of Taylor’s accomplishments in the exact same way that Kanye West repeated 'Of all time' after he grabbed the microphone from Taylor and interrupted her award-acceptance speech?"

Personally, I think they're grasping at straws here, but they weren't the only person to do so - with one person shocked that it came on a live-stream in front of 1.3 million viewers.
"Millions of people just watched Travis Kelce casually reference the most embarrassing moment of Taylor Swift’s life," they added.
Let's just re-jog everyone's memory on how it all went down.
In 2009, a then-19-year-old Swift was accepting her VMA for Best Female Video for 'You Belong with Me' (which has since been streamed on Spotify 748,031,273 times) when West infamously stormed the stage.
"Yo, Taylor, I'm really happy for you, I'ma let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time! One of the best videos of all time!" he said before shrugging his shoulders and handing the mic back to the then-teenager.

Anyway, reacting to Jason's introduction on the podcast, Swift said: "That intro, Jason! Oh my god. No, look his soul has left his body. No, that was so good. Thank you. Thank you for screaming for like 47 seconds for me - that was so nice."
This episode marked the first time Swift has ever made a podcast appearance, and she announced the release of her twelfth studio album, The life of a showgirl, which is set to release on 3 October 2025, to the delight of her millions of fans.
