Simon Cowell made a rare public appearance with his nine-year-old son Eric.
The British TV star doesn’t often have his kid out in the spotlight beside him, but made an exception for a recent major event.
Obviously, America’s Got Talent.

It was the season 18 finale of the NBC talent show on Wednesday (27 September), and young Eric actually had a prediction for the winner.
Cowell’s son took to the red carpet with him and his mom, Lauren Silverman.
The 63-year-old reportedly began dating Silverman, 46, in 2013 and they welcomed Eric in 2014. The pair confirmed they were engaged at the beginning of 2022.
The family posed for photos together after the finale and the kid even got in the snaps with the season’s winners.
Terry Crews announced Adrian Stoica and his dog Hurricane as the champs, making them the first dog act to win America’s Got Talent in over a decade.
And Eric knew it. Cowell told Access Hollywood on the carpet: “The crazy thing was cause Eric, my son, was at the show last night and I said to him this morning ‘Who do you think’s gonna win?’
“He went ‘Hurricane’. I went ‘seriously?’ He really, really called it.”
The judge added: “He's just obsessed with this dog and even during the auditions he met her and Adrian, and he's a great guy, and she is just adorable.
“I watched him as the result came in and he's like jumping up in the air. He was so excited.”
Dog trainer Adrian Stoica and his adorable dog took home the grand prize of $1 million as well as bagging a headline spot at the America’s Got Talent Presents Superstars Live show at the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
Big fan Eric even went solo on the red carpet to pose for snaps with his new pal, Hurricane.
Cowell has previously admitted that becoming a dad changed his life.
“Before Eric, my life was 99 per cent work. I was obsessed with it,” he told The Sun.
“Now Eric is around, I don’t work through the night anymore. If he hadn’t come along, God knows what would have happened.”
He also praised his son in an interview with HELLO! last year as he said: “I adore him.
“I mean, genuinely he is kind. Some people are and some people aren’t. But that’s just him, he is kind.”
