Kris Jenner fans left confused after seeing new 'filtered' video that 'looks like AI'

It's not unusual for celebrities to undergo a bit of editing before we see them on social media, but that didn't stop Kris Jenner fans from sharing their confusion after a new video of her emerged online.

Pretty much all of the Kardashian-Jenner family are known for showing off their makeup, hair and general style with fans, and they often inspire people to follow in their footsteps and try the looks for themselves.

Usually this is made possible as they promote their makeup brands and clothing lines, but people aren't sure that Kris Jenner's latest look is one that can be achieved with a makeover.

The momager appeared in a video shared by makeup artist Samer Khouzami yesterday (28 August), where she was seen smiling at the camera while dressed in a black polka dot outfit.

Jenner also accessorised with big sparkly hoop earrings, but it was her face that caught viewers' attention when the video was posted.

The reality TV star, 67, had perfectly smooth skin and noticeably bright eyes in the video, with her look prompting many to criticize the video for being 'filtered'.

"People there are major filters on she doesn’t look like this," one viewer wrote after watching the clip.

Another critic responded: "Disgusting that you’re using a filtered video as though you are THAT flawless. It should be a law that you HAVE to disclose filters.

"You’re doing a disservice to not only the little girls and teens across the world, but your own daughters and grand babies. "Shame on you."

While other Instagram users criticised the makeup brand for sharing a 'filtered' video, with one writing: "Being a master makeup artist this just gives clients the wrong illusion and this is things they expect instead of seeing pours [sic] which is totally normal."

The video proved so bizarre to some that they even accused it of featuring an 'AI' Jenner rather than the real woman, while others shared their desire to see Jenner's 'true beauty' in an 'unfiltered' image.

Khouzami did not comment on the alleged use of any filters in the post, instead captioning the video: "The momager @krisjenner for todays #glam."

The makeup artist has also received a lot of praise for his work on Jenner, and shared many of the compliments he'd been given after revealing her look.

In her own Instagram Story, Jenner shared the video posted by Khouzami and wrote: "Love you @ssamerkhouzami."
