Kanye West has reportedly paid more than half a million dollars for 'permanent titanium' teeth - but just how is he going to keep his new Yeeth clean?

It's safe to say the rapper has never been one to do things by halves and his latest venture has been no exception.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that West had spent $850,000 on teeth that include palladium and platinum materials.

The rapper showed off his new look on his Instagram Story, sharing a picture of his new gnashers.

In the next Story, he compared himself to the James Bond villain, Jaws, who has similar metal implants.

The implants are known as ‘fixed-prosthodontics’ and West reportedly worked on them with the ‘Father of Diamond Dentistry’, Dr Thomas Connelly, who manufactured and fitted the teeth.

A source told Page Six: "They are, as the name suggests, fixed and permanent, but this goes way beyond veneers or grills.

Ye showed off the dentures on Instagram.

"And his particular implant is quite unlike anything that has been done before."

And despite what reports claimed, West didn't have any teeth removed - with Dr Connelly writing on his Instagram that 'no teeth were removed'.

So, how would you clean titanium teeth? It looks like a toothbrush probably isn't going to help much.

Well, TikToker, Dylan Page has since provided an answer to the question.

He started by also countering the claims that West had his teeth removed, adding: "But he does say that they are fixed, which means that the $850,000 prosthesis which Ye designed himself is permanent."

He then goes on to talk about how the rapper will keep his mouth clean - from Dr Connelly's description.

"The dentist says he uses a device which essentially uses a 3D mapping of your mouth to create a water-flossing gum shield that cleans all the gaps in your teeth simultaneously."

It sounds like a whole lot of work.

Dr Connelly spoke to The Daily Mail about working with West on his new creation, describing him as a 'pleasure to work with'.

“His vision for designing unique art transcends the dental progression.

“The marriage of his vision with dental science has created a new look that is epic.”

However, those in Page's comment section had differing opinions - with one person writing: "Imagine if he accidentally bites his tongue."

While another said: "All I need is a giant magnet."

And someone else asked another interesting question: "How tf is he supposed to eat anything?"

Perhaps that's the next thing on the list to ask.
