Court documents have revealed why Jennifer Lopez has filed for divorce from Ben Affleck.
Lopez and Affleck were first linked to one another back in 2002 after starring in the movie Gigli together.
The celebrity pair went on to get engaged but never made it down the aisle after calling off their engagement in 2004 - ultimately going their separate ways shortly after.

Fast forward to 2021 and the Batman star reconnected with his former fiancée and later got down on one knee once more.
Lopez and Affleck eloped in Las Vegas in July 2022 and went on to have a bigger and more lavish affair in Georgia on August 20.
They'd notably spent their July 2024 anniversary apart. Then exactly two years on from their Georgia nuptials, Lopez filed for divorce after months of speculation that she and Affleck had split.
While the 'On the Floor' hitmaker has only just filed the papers, she cited in the court documents that she and Affleck separated back in April.
There's been questions about why the two Hollywood stars broke up, and its now been revealed that Lopez cited 'irreconcilable differences' in her filing, Page Six reports.
According to sources close to Lopez, she is 'disappointed and sad' that her fourth marriage has come to and end.
She has previously been married to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd and Marc Anthony.
"She's very disappointed and sad, but Ben hasn't given her any signs that he wants to continue their marriage," an insider told PEOPLE.
"He hasn't shown any commitment and interest in making their marriage work. It's gotten to the point that she just needs to look out for herself."
Apparently Lopez is now ready to 'move on' from it all. Neither Lopez of Affleck have directly addressed their divorce.
The Air actor doesn't have a social media presence, while Lopez hasn't made any mention of the breakdown of her marriage to her 251 million Instagram followers.
She's notably turned off all the comments of her posts, however.
The pair's romance the first time round was quite the rollercoaster and they blamed the excessive media attention they'd received for playing part in the breakdown of their relationship.
It was so intense that the former couple said they were left with PTSD from it all.
Lopez continued to tell Variety of her rekindled romance with Affleck: "We’re older now. We’re wiser. We also know what’s important, what’s really important in life, and it’s not so much what other people think.
"It’s about being true to who you are."
