Cher seemed more than happy to speak her truth as she offered up a savage reason behind her preference for dating younger men.
At 77 years old, Cher is just as busy as ever releasing new tracks, popping up on our screens and enjoying romance.
The pop star is currently in a relationship with record executive Alexander 'AE' Edwards, who, at 38 years old, is 39 years her junior.

The pair have been linked since 2022, when they met at Paris Fashion Week. The romance came after Cher previously struck up a relationship with Rob Camilletti in 1986, when she was 40 and he was 22.
Her love interests formed a topic of conversation when Cher appeared on The Jennifer Hudson Show on 1 May, where she claimed she's actually 'kind of shy around men'.
Not only that, but Cher claimed that a lot of men her age are also shy of her - probably because she rose to become one of the biggest pop stars of a generation.
That's one of the reasons younger men make good partners for Cher - but there's another reason, too. And it's pretty savage.
Cher explained: "The reason I go out with young men is because men my age or older, well, now they’re all dead."
Can't argue with that.
Even before their deaths, though, Cher explained: "Before they just never, they were always terrified to approach me and younger men were the only ones that [did]."
Hudson responded to describe the men who've approached Cher as 'bold', before Cher pointed out they're more likely to have been 'raised by women like me'.
The 'Believe' singer has previously spoken out about her relationship with Edwards, admitting the age gap between them has led to some unexpected bumps in the road.
In an interview with Extra, Cher said that she sometimes talks to Edwards and he has 'no idea' who she's referring to.
“The other day, I said: ‘Do you know who, I don’t know, Clark Gable, [is]?’ Somebody said: ‘Yes, of course,’ but most of my references… He’ll look at me and go: ‘I wasn’t born yet.’”
However, the singer has also made clear the pair have a 'great time' together, saying: "We can talk music. We can talk about everything. He’s a got a great sense of humour, he’s got the cutest son in the world, ever… We just get each other.”
