Britney Spears has left fans worried after claiming to 'snap' her leg in an accident while covered in bruises.
Since breaking free of her conservatorship under her father in 2021, the superstar celebrity has apparently been living her best life.
She's been married and divorced, released new records with Elton John and Will.i.am, and published a memoir, The Woman in Me, following a $15 million book deal which explores her rise to fame from a young age to her conservatorship and her eventual freedom.
However, fans have been left worried about Spears and her mental health on several occasions as the 'Toxic' hitmaker is no stranger to dropping some rather bizarre videos on social media.

Now, concerns have been reignited after the 43-year-old said she'd been injured after 'falling down the stairs'.

While donning a pink sparkly dress and what appeared to be some bandages on her hands and leg, Spears danced in front of the camera as she often does.
In the Instagram caption, she revealed her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, had left to go to their home in Maui with their dad, Kevin Federline.

Spears said dancing is how she can express her emotions, adding: "I'm not here for concern or pity, I just want to be a good woman and be better... and I do have wonderful support."
The mom then revealed she had recently suffered a 'horrible' fall that has 'snapped' her leg, perhaps explaining some of the bruises on her arms that are visible in the video.
"I fell down the stairs at my friend’s house," she wrote. "It was horrible … it snaps out now and then, not sure if it’s broken but for now it’s snapped in !!! Thank u God."
What appears to be a massive bruise could be seen on her wrist as well as another mark on her other arm.

The insight came as her dancing appeared a little more restrained compared to her normal spinning style, as she mostly just moved her arms.
Spears then posted another video just an hour later with her sporting two other revealing outfits, including a leopard print leotard and a bikini set.
"As Madonna says, express yourself don't repress yourself," she penned in the caption alongside laughing face emojis.
It's not the first time fans have been left concerned by her videos on Instagram.

The star often posts erratic videos alongside cryptic captions or other images.
In one video, Spears was seen dancing in a bikini in her home while clutching what appeared to be huge kitchen knives in her hands though she said at the time they were fake.
In another, she posted a video of her spinning around before suddenly bursting into tears.

Spears previously said her 13-year-long conservatorship under Jamie Spears was 'abusive' and likened her situation to a 'sex trafficking victim', during which she was allegedly forced to work against her will and to take birth control while being kept isolated from friends and children.
Jamie, 73, however, insisted that control over her liberty was to protect her wellbeing and mental health.
UNILAD has contacted representatives of Britney Spears for comment.
