Khloe Kardashian has deleted a recent Instagram post after her fans called her out for what appears to be another photoshop fail.

The 38-year-old worked with photographer Ricardo Horatio Nelson who captured her best smoulder in series of snaps in front of a tin foil background. The reality TV star wore a shiny silver Dolce & Gabbana mini-dress to the birthday bash for her BFFs Malika Haqq and Khadijah Shaye Haqq.

Some eagle-eyed fans were immediately distracted by one image in Kardasian's Instagram Carousel which has now been deleted.

Some of the Good American founder’s followers called out a concave bend on her upper thigh.

“Just delete the third and we will forget about it,” one social media user quipped.

Another person chimed in and asked: “What happened to your leg in the third pics.”

With a huge following of 297 million, it’s no surprise that lots of people who noticed the alleged editing faux pas. “Show us the unedited ones,” another Instagram user teased.

Two days after the Kardashian uploaded pictures from the shoot on Instagram, the original third picture has vanished.

The reality TV star is no stranger to photoshop fail accusations. It was back in October when Kardashian denied claims she posted and deleted an edited photo of herself on Instagram. She was in Paris for Fashion Week at the time where she attended the Balenciaga show.

Wearing an all black ensemble Instagram users claimed that her waist appeared to be smaller than usual and some claimed the warped walls and lines around her silhouette were evidence of ‘bad Photoshop’.

“I never even posted this photo,” Kardashian tweeted in response to a fan asking for proof the picture was uploaded to her Instagram page. “Maybe my glam did but I didn’t. Also I mean… The bent lines in the back lol please.”

In January last year, the Kardashian sister shared a photo to wish her followers a ‘happy Thursday’ while wearing a stunning white bodycon dress and chunky brown boots.

This isn't the first time Khloé has been accused of photoshopping her pictures.

Some fans felt that the Kardashian's right hand looked particularly long, with her fingers reaching halfway down her thigh.

The year before the mum-of-two confessed that she sometimes alters her pictures, after an unedited photo of her was accidentally posted online.

"As someone who has struggled with body image her whole life," said the reality TV star in a statement, "when someone takes a photo of you that isn't flattering and in bad lighting or doesn't capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point - and then shares it to the world - you should have every right to ask for it to not be shared - regardless of who you are."
