Katherine Ryan's Daughter Gets On Stage To Stop Drunken Brawl

Katherine Ryan's daughter helps stop defuse tense situation at comedy gig

Katherine Ryan's daughter jumped on stage to help stop a drunken argument at her mum's show.

Footage shared to Ryan's Instagram story shows her 12-year-old daughter, Violet, try to help defuse a tense situation that arose during the show.

The show, which was part of Ryan's Missus tour, took place at De Montfort Hall, Leicester on Saturday, February 12.

The clip begins with Violet standing on stage saying, 'OK, OK. No one’s threatening anyone, just calm down.'

She added, 'It’s Saturday, I get it, have fun but please don’t threaten anyone, like, please.'

The clip was captioned 'When people start fighting at your mum’s show, you’ve got to march out and sort it'.

Fans were quick to respond to the clip, with one saying, 'Brilliant show from @Kathbum tonight. Some right idiots in the audience though. I can’t say this strongly enough – don’t go to a comedy gig and behave like a d**k'.

Another questioned why the incredible 12-year-old even had to break up the would-be brawl in the first place, saying, 'When @kathbum 12 year old daughter has to come out and tell grown men to not fight… are u not EMBARRAZZZZED?'

One other fan said, 'Luckily @Kathbum’s daughter was on hand to calm it all down. @demontforthall can you just throw them out next time?'

Ryan herself wrote, I did specifically request that people keep their p*ssedness to themselves from the start! Hope everyone is ok xx.'

Ryan's other child, Fred, also made headlines recently when Ryan shared that the tot was toilet-trained at just eight months old.

The mother revealed her toilet-training approach, which includes skipping nappies and opting to toilet-train her kids from the outset.

She took to Instagram to say, 'I hate to even write this because I know I’ll get backlash but for those who know about my potty training ethos and success with baby Violet…' before adding, 'Fred reliably wees on the potty at under 8 months and we can count the amount of 2022 soiled nappies on one hand.'

Speaking of her success, Ryan said that at the beginning she wasn't sure whether her toilet-training approach would be successful with Fred, but that it had been.

She advised, 'Potty train babies before they learn to go in nappies!!! They can do it!''

Most children learn to toilet-train between 18 and 24 months, so Ryan's approach definitely sets her kids ahead of the curve.
